If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and to reduce waste, we currently accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return:

Contact us at support@hayleedionypets.com within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

Cancelations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may have already been processed and shipped.


Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
